Before and after

From the real need to a verified delivery

“Before” are real Espejo de Agua photos after the earthquake at the Ibanacuara resguardo. “After” are AI-generated illustrations made from those same photos: they show what the rebuild could look like, not finished work. Slide to compare.

The programs

Three fronts of recovery

Six stages, counted separately. Only verified counts as impact.

How it's counted
  • Requested. What the field team reported and the nonprofit approved.
  • Pledged. Donor promises. Not yet arrived.
  • Received. The nonprofit confirmed they're in hand.
  • Delivered. Reached the project, confirmed by authorized staff.
  • Used. Installed or consumed on site.
  • Verified. The nonprofit confirmed it with evidence. Only this counts as impact.

Impact = verified only. Pledging is not delivering or funding.
